The skill may run in a skills-capable GitHub Copilot harness, but its generated package cannot render or be tested there because that harness does not support Adaptive Cards or topic nodes. Use it before claiming that Adaptive Card JSON is ready for a Copilot Studio node. Do not use it to claim that generative instructions dynamically render native cards.
